The Essex Modular Cab system
is designed to fit and enhance the Kawasaki Mule 2500 with its improved
features, quality and ease of installation. The modular components
provide for flexible configurations and future upgrades. This allows
you to outfit your unit to meet your current needs while protecting
your investment when you add on.
The Essex Hardtop, Safety Glass
Lift Windshield and Extended Floorboards
create the foundation for the modular cab system. These high quality
components add protection and convenience even as stand-alone components.
The Essex 2500 Modular Cab system is constructed of
high quality steel with a durable powdercoat finish matched to the red
or green Mule finish (Camo also available). The frame is reinforced
for strength and formed for a tight, easy installation with a minimum
of fasteners. The addition of a rear sliding glass window and rear quarter
panels add further protection while maintaining full rear visibility.
The rear window is mounted behind the cage for safety even in the most
rugged off-road environments. Add the side panels and steel doors and
your Mule has the best steel cab available; fabic-skinned doors also
available. Both the fabric and steel doors are constructed over a strong
steel frame, or a steel mesh door is also available for golf range use.
They all feature lift-off hinges for easy removal and top quality recessed
paddle latches with locks.
The
Steel Hardtop features a sun visor, rear panel and drip
rails to keep out the weather. The durable powdercoat finish matches your
red or green Mule finish (Camo available). Each hardtop comes complete
with an acoustic headliner, accessory harness with a fuse panel, and all
edge trim and fasteners.

This
durable Hinged Lift-Windshield uses the same mounting
system as the Safety Glass Windshield and is also part of the Essex 2500
Modular Cab system. It features the durability of Lexan in the lower panel
and full tempered safety glass in the convenient hinged window at the
top. This allows for increased visibility and full air circulation on
hot days It's a great choice for hunters and anyone that wants weather
protection but still wants to enjoy the outdoors!

Essex
Heavy-duty Treadplate Floorboards extend the operator
area to the wheelbase. This stops ground splash, provides more legroom
and makes entry and exit from the vehicle easier and safer. They provide
the base and mounting system for the cab system. In addition, they also
double the size of the battery compartment.
