Enhance the offroad capability of the Kawasaki
Mule with Essex Bigfoot Suspension Lift Kits, they
take you through mud or snow and over rocks, ditches and deadfall.
They even enhances the 2wd units! [see the testimonial
The Essex developed kits add 1 5/8" (or 3 to 3½" w/ Surefoot tires)
of lift, improved traction and stability that allows you
to take on rugged terrain that stopped you before. Our springs are
40% stronger than stock Mule springs (90% for cab models). These kits
are essential for increased clearance, better ride and handling. Together
with our line of SureFoot Kevlar belted tires you will have the best
combination of clearance, puncture resistance, payload, stability
and run-flat protection available.
Essex Replacement Springs keep the nose of the Kawasaki
Mule up and improve the ride and handling. This allows you to carry
more sizeable loads in rough terrain without bogging down the Mule.
Together the springs and Essex lift blocks provide 2" of additional
front clearance and accommodate oversize tires. The easy-to-install
kit retains the full movement of the strut and does not alter the
camber angle. The extended rear shackles stiffen the leaf springs
to improve clearance for the rear tires.
There are two spring gauges to choose from: the "S" is designed for
a stock Mule and the "C" is designed to accomodate the extra weight
of a cab and/or snowplow. All tire kits include springs, lift blocks
and your choice of Bigfoot Tires mounted on 12x7
ITP steel wheels. Silver of Black steel wheels are standard and Magnum
or Cast Aluminum wheels are optional.

bigger 4 wheelers and Utility Vehicles require tires that carry more load
and resist punctures better. Typical ATV tires are low pressure balloon
tires with soft sidewalls for comfortable riding. They need to be overinflated,
and aren't stable on side hills. In addition, heavy weight loads common
to UTV's today make them more vulnerable to punctures. We have designed
tires especially for these increased loads. With reinforced sidewall stability
and Kevlar-belted "bulletproof" runflat puncture protection....Essex's
"Surefoot" brand is made specifically for todays heavily
laden Utility Quads and dressed 500+cc ATV's - to... Take
you where you want to go; and Bring you Back!

message from Bob Gregor of Bellingham, WA.
got the lift kit and tires on my Mule and am very satisfied with
your product. I am absolutely amazed at the difference in the machine.
I mentioned to you how disappointed I was with the 2wd Mule. Any kind
of mud or wet uphills and I would stick it right now. You said that
4wd wasn’t really necessary but I thought perhaps that was just
a bit of salesmanship. Went out yesterday for the first time after the
kit was on just to see. We have had a bit of rain lately and it is pretty
muddy. Went to the place where I usually get stuck the easiest and went
thru without a problem. Then spent the next hour looking for the steepest.
muddiest stuff I have and I never could get stuck. On the really steep
stuff I used the diff lock and I never even broke thru the grass. Went
places that I would never try my 4wd tractor even when it is dry. I
am very, very pleased with the result. Totally different machine. My
kids say it looks cool too. Thanks again for your product. I really
like what it has done to the Mule. ”
