Essex offers three levels of Medical Support outfits. The Multi-Purpose ER Unit is a versatile outfit designed to retain most of the off-road capability of the Mule, while offering serveral options for Medical Support.

The Ambulance Bed outfit is a more in-depth ER Unit with limited off-road capability, but much more bed space for an attendant station and a full gurney.

The SX Ambulance is outfitted to answer the EMS needs of municipalities, large campuses, fairgrounds, and event oriented medical needs, featuring a tandem-axle, a 60" by 80" bed, attendant station, multiple storage areas, privacy curtains, and a full gurney.
